I offer two types of treatments. Inner Light Energy Alchemy is my in-person treatment and sessions last 75 mins. The session commences with a 15 minute chat to identify concerns and is followed by a 45 minute combination of energy massage and healing, concluding with a 10-minute feedback session.

My Inner Light Distant Energy Alchemy treatment is a 60-minute Zoom session commencing with a 10-minute exploration of your themes and concerns, followed by a 40-minute energy healing session and concludes with a 10-minute feedback session where I will offer recommendations.
