How to use:

Scoop a handful of salts and sprinkle into a hot bath. Sink into the water and take a few deep breathes and allow the salts to continue to work their magic. Once your skin starts to tingle, the salts have done their job. Get out of the bath without rinsing of any residue and wrap yourself in a soft towel to allow the salts to continue working for a further 5 minutes. Afterwards go straight to bed and don't engage with any devices.
