Scented Alchemy Autumn Workshop

This is what Michelle gave to us as she gently guided us through the workshop. She possesses one of the most soothing voices of anyone I know, and as someone who thought they already knew about the power of essential oils, I found the whole experience to be deeply evocative in so many ways. She showed us how different scents can evoke emotions, memories, thoughts, and even physical reactions. Best of all, the experience continues to reveal itself through daily use of my own personal scent which was created directly from those very emotions and reactions during the workshop. Incredible. Leave everything you thought you knew about oils at the door! This was a workshop like no other, more like an imersive and profound journey through smell. Michelle held the space beautifully whilst guiding us through a magical few hours. In all the years I had been using oils, I realised I had never truly 'experienced' them and their power. What a truly wonderful experience, it is the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time! It was a profound journey, exploring different essential oils, beautifully presented in a box to take away at the end of the session.
